We had a GREAT time. The condo was very nice and well stocked. Maybe too nice of a view because my wife just wanted to sit and watch the ocean. Parking was slightly tricky because of the number of people watching the sunset, but who could blame them. It could use a bigger coffee pot. Having access to real Kona coffee, it's hard to have just 1 cup at a time. The other wish list would be another fan. The ceiling in the master suite isn't located where it does any good for either the bed or living room. My wife and I fought over who got the tower fan.

Had a wonderful stay at Alii Villa #134 in Kailua Kona. The moment you walk through the front door you see and hear the gorgeous ocean. Both bedrooms have ocean views and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the large nicely furnished lanai over-looking the ocean from master and main living area. Beautiful renovated and clean interior with new floors, kitchen, baths, furniture and a bright fun décor. First floor with assigned parking area a step away from the front door. Town is only a mile away and full of charm, restaurants, shopping etc. Booking went very smoothly with professional and friendly people. Already missing this happy and magical place! Highly recommend the area, property and unit. Thank you, Peggy

This unit was nothing short of AMAZING! We were a bit worried about not having A/C, but let me tell you, we were so comfortable for our entire stay! We opened the lanai and windows and let in the ocean breeze and it was heaven! We also had the fans on and at night that made it cool enough to need the blankets on. The lanai was so incredibly beautiful to sit and enjoy meals with the ocean waves crashing on the rocks just below. The place was clean, modern and stocked with the basics. The washer and dryer was a huge plus for us, as it allowed us to pack fewer clothes and wash our beach towels and swimsuits as much as was needed. You also have access to a pool with surrounding bbqs that you can use. One of our favorite things to do was to walk out on the rocks (just outside the unit), look in the little tide pools and watch the sunset each night. The unit is located just off of Ali'i drive, which has lots of shops, food, little beaches and a farmers market all nearby. I miss it already!
