The location and view were wonderful. The ceiling fans were not easy to operate. Also, shower knob needs to update. Guest bathroom shower knob was very hard to use.

It's easy access to the beach, we can enjoy nice view from the room and eat/drink at the balcony with sunset. Weekday night, there are too much noisy music on the street, but if you close the windows, no problems.
