Our condo was immaculate as were the grounds. We were close to a mall that had a grocery store and restaurants and could walk there. The condo site was quiet and had two pools and a bar. It was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was easy to stay in for the three weeks we were there. Having the garage was a great perk. The service from Kona Coast Vacations was great. We loved working with real people and not have to deal with a website only. Pricing was very fair for the amenities. We would definitely work with you again. About the condo; the bedroom and closet are large and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. (Except for the toaster, which needs to be replaced.) Living area comfortable. The TV did come and go. We had to restart the internet on it a couple of times. It was a little hard to figure out to start. The rug in the main space is easy to trip on. You really don’t need it since the floors are beautiful!. The bathroom is large and, as others have commented, the tub/shower is very difficult to get in and out but nice once you are in there. If remodeling is in the future, there is room for both a soaking tub and a walk in shower. Also, for maintenance, the flapper in the toilet doesn’t seal so water leaks slowly. The lanai is great! We wish there had been a lounge chair or two along with the table that is there. Overall, a wonderful community to stay in. It is in a great location and quiet. The pools were very nice and the quiet pool was just outside our door. And, it is quiet! The other pool was also very nice and not too noisy either. Thanks so much. We thought the condo was great, well stocked and spacious. Loved there was a BBQ on the deck! Great location to get to many different places around the island. Would recommend to friends and family!

The unit was spacious, clean and had a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course. The unit had everything you would need for a day at the beach. The property had great amenities including 2 pools, games, tennis etc. I highly recommend this place.

Our condo at Keauhou Gardens #3202 was the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable condo we have ever rented, and we have stayed at many condos in the Hawaiian islands. Everything we needed was supplied. The large lanai looked out over a beautiful golf course. Our own parking space and even a private garage was included. The condo was beautifully and tastefully furnished. The bathroom was enormous and had double sinks. The condo was located just a short distance from a shopping center that had a supermarket, Longs drugstore, restaurants and shops, even a movie theater. We give Keauhou Gardens 3203 a ten out of ten star rating. We hope it is available when we go back to Kona next year!
