This is the second stay I’ve made at this complex. The unit was very clean and well stocked with anything you’d need for cooking at home or for the beach. Beautifully furnished and the beds are comfortable. Not that you’d need a pool, but it’s nice, too. Close enough to walk to many shops and restaurants.

We just completed our second stay in Vista Waikoloa D201 managed by Kona Coast Vacations (KCV). The unit is ideal for our needs: conveniently located, excellent amenities, beautifully updated decor, well maintained, and competitively priced. Moreover, it was a real pleasure working with Kona Coast Vacations again this year. The staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to reach! Their booking system is well designed and the process is easy to use with great follow up communication. We have had success with several management companies throughout the State of Hawaii, yet KCV really stands out as the best among them. I'll use VRBO or AirBnB for other destinations, but not for Big Island; KCV is a far better option for whatever type of Big Island property type or vacation rental location you are seeking.
