We were very happy with the accommodations and the location of this unit. Close to pool, and the complimentary start up supplies were much appreciated. Quick response anytime I called with any questions. Both before and after arrival.

We booked a townhome / condo In Waikoloa Beach Resort area with Kona Coast Vacations. The process was seamless. Great communication and professionalism from start to finish. The property was fantastic!! We had one little issue with the tv cable not working however it was fixed within minutes!!!!! Kona coast was very good at communicating !!!! Super nice people !!! Highly recommend

Staying in Unit I4 of Waikoloa Beach Villas was excellent! We have stayed in several 2 bd units in the complex before, which were great, but having the larger lanai with the lounge area at I4 made this stay so much better. The eight person dining room table allowed us to have our in-laws (staying in another unit) with us for dinner each night. All the bathrooms, appliances, furnishings, and kitchen tools were in great condition. We had an issue with the ice maker being frozen up when we arrived and the management addressed it very quickly. We weren’t even going to mention it, but they reached out to us to see if everything was going well so we let them know. Being right by the Queens and Kings shops is great when traveling with teens/young adults in addition to the convenience of walking over to Island Market if you need something. We love visiting Waikoloa Beach Resort and this is our new favorite place to stay!

We loved the condo. Everything was in its place, as described, and very comfortable. The view of the golf course was amazing. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to the beach, the shops, and to restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was as advertised, and the location was ideal. Especially for traveling with young children.
