Property is amazing with lots of space for both sleeping and entertaining. The pool and outside space is great, and the management company was very easy to deal with. Like others mentioned, there is some noise from the road nearby but that didn't bother us. The location is a little far north of the downtown Kona/Kailua area, but easy access via the highway. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this property was perfect! Family of 6, the house was what we expected and more. OMG beautiful!! Everybody was happy. Everything we needed was there: pool, spa, bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms, walk-ins: all fits the descriptions. Quiet and peaceful. The two outside showers are magnificent and nice to use on a sunny and relaxing day. Neighborhood is very lovely and accessible. A bit far from Kona so, we had to travel back and forth a lot, but Big Island has to be seen by car so, a lot of road is to be planned. Closest grocery store and restaurants are a 20 minutes’ drive. PERFECT! We would return for sure. Worth every moment and we will keep nice memories.

Very clean property with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. Minimal decor, not a lot of Knick Knacks around. Feels like your own space not like you are staying at someone’s home. My Down syndrome son especially liked the small pool and hot tub right outside his room. We were happy to see chairs and toys in the garage for a day at the beach. The property managers were easily available when we needed them. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect for a family getaway. The host was very responsive and all was wonderful. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The home was the perfect size and the interior was just as it appeared online. The new sliding doors were wonderful. It would be nice to have more than 2 “glass” wine glasses. The kitchen was well equipped. The mattress pads need to be replaced, plenty of towels etc. we really enjoyed the home. We also have a home on Oahu and love the Big Island. Mahalo

Enjoyed a wonderful week here with my family and my parents. The house was very well stocked with essentials, things for the beach, and all the dishes and kitchen gadgets you could need. We loved the close proximity to two of the best sand beaches on the island, and the resort membership was totally worth it for convenience of parking, courtesy beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, borrowing surf/boogie boards, and the beautiful resort pools and grounds, all of which was included with the membership. Overall a wonderful complex and definitely a place I would stay again.
