We had an awesome time in Hawaii . The condo was great we enjoyed staying there. Close to queen shops and the beach. Easy checking in and the condo had everything we needed. The only think we didn’t like was the jacuzzi policy that you had to be 12 yr to use it. Not sure why that policy is in place but my 10 yr old was bummed out that he couldn’t use it. So we only used the pool 1 time for that reason.. Otherwise we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your condo with us .

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such an incredible vacation spot! Not only was the home thought out for every detail of the stay - but the interior and outside views were so beautiful! Location is fabulous! Pool stunning! Our stay was perfect and the staff was so kind in calling and checking in on us! Overall I can’t believe how wonderful our time was!!! You have to stay here!

This was the first time in my years of travel that I found the description and photos to be fully accurate. Everything worked and everything was anticipated in advance. Everything exceeded our expectations. I will want to stay in this unit again in the future. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and being so thorough.

The location was great, walkable to so many shops and best of all close to the pool! Generally well stocked unit. Needed to buy some essentials like sugar that I usually find already stocked. Lots of beach toys and chairs! Property management was wonderful to work with and very communicative!

Stayed in the Fairway Villas in Waikoloa, location is walking distance to pool, shopping, golfing, restaurants, beach and beautiful resorts to explore. There are many beaches and sites to see within 10-20 min drive. The accomodations were just as described, beds were super comfortable! Our group was 15 and we rented 3 places in Fariway Villas and it was perfect for our group as we could walk between the places in a couple minutes, meet at the pool and if anyone wanted to go shopping or for ice cream they could walk there in a couple minutes, driving was not needed, worked perfectly for our group. Will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Waikoloa Beach Resort at the Fairway Villas F31, sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms in December of 2023. Place was exactly as described, lots of room for 6 people, clean, very comfortable beds, great location on the island. Pool and BBQs are just steps away. Our family enjoys walking so we loved this location because you could walk to a shopping center and restaurants in about 5 minutes, to a beach in about 12 minutes and up to a very cool resort that you could enjoy for hours in about 20 minutes, there is lots of shade along the way so you don't overheat. We had a car so we drove to several other beaches in 10-20 minutes depending on the beach, pretty much every beach was great for snorkeling and Hapuna is amazing for body boarding. We loved this location and the condo itself was perfect for our family. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you want, the villas area is quiet but there is lots to do in the very close surrounding areas. We will be back!
