House was as advertised and better. We are a very experienced VRBO family and I’ve never seen a house so well stocked. We cooked a full Christmas dinner! Very clean, nice amenities, and great beds. Only drawback is the extreme, in my opinion, restrictions on “noise”. Although we never had a problem.

Kona Coast Vacations was great to book with. From the first inquiry on a rental in Kona, all the way to last follow up from them on check out, they were awesome! They made sure all questions answered, rental was even better than pictures! Rental had all items needed for a week stay (dishes, towels, linens, shampoo, etc) and instructions for use. Concierge was great to work with for excursions. Will definitely utilize again.

You need to fix the dishwasher. We fished the screw out of the dishwasher but it’s too short and the hole is stripped.

The property is a wonderful place to stay. Loved the private beach and loved the location of the place.

Beautiful home with a nice view of the Lava Fields. More than adequate space for our family of 6. Close to resort shopping and resort beaches. Roughly 30-40 minutes from the airport and town of Kona for smaller local shopping, food experiences, and local beaches. Our kids really enjoyed the resort pool. The home is stocked with enough items to get you started and this unit had plenty of beach/pool gear in the garage! Peaceful community to relax your entire stay but close enough to explore the island!

From the time we drove up till the time we left, we had nothing negative to say about this place! Plenty of room! We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The views were stunning. We utilized the beach chairs, boogie board, and coolers that were provided. Those little touches were so thoughtful! We also visited the Beach Club a couple times, which was wonderful! There is a small shopping center nearby which we visited a few times. We were a few minutes drive to Waikoloa Beach which had a little bit bigger grocery store. Overall, this place worked out so well for us! We'd stay here again!
