We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and quiet. Excellent view of the mountains, sunrise, and 3rd hole of the golf course. The sun can be a bit bright on the lanai in the morning, but as it rises, it is a great spot to read/relax in the afternoon and evenings. The unit has a strong WIFI system. It is walking distance to shopping and the beaches. Sunsets can be seen within a five-minute drive. The unit is roughly 20 minutes from Hapuna beach. Overall, it is a great unit and value for the investment.

Easy to navigate. Close to stores. Away from crowded towns like Kona. Beach was close and not over crowded. Pool was nice and relaxing.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was in a safe and convenient upscale neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The condo was very clean. Management staff were very helpful. I am so glad I made the right choice. I highly recommend this property.

Our beautiful Fairway Villa in Waikoloa Resort had golf course views, access to an infinity pool, and was a short walk to the Kings’ and Queens’ shopping centers and the beach near the Marriott. The condo was spotless and the perfect size for a family of four. It had all the amenities one would need on vacation and was very quiet. The furniture and decor was a bit outdated and the carpet could be replaced. Overall, we were very satisfied with condo B21 and would highly recommend to others.

This property met and exceeded our expectations! Great location. Clean. Kitchen well-stocked with plates, utensils, etc. Very nice master bath. Lovely community pool and well-equipped gym. So nice to relax on the lanai, watching the golfers. We hope to return!
