Easy to use too many superlatives when describing this property. It has all we want, clean, beautiful views, everything actually works and well equipped.

Great condos with amazing views! Our unit was beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. It was close enough to everything without being too close to downtown Kona. Will stay again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sea Villages! Our room was perfect. The view was amazing and everything was up to date and clean. It had everything we needed, we didn’t need to buy anything once we got there. We were nervous that the room would be hot but it had a nice breeze and we never felt uncomfortable. It was perfect location and the pool was great. We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo has the best view! My husband was a little concerned about not having an AC but the breeze kept the condo cool through the day and night! Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

We rented Sea Village 4312 for three weeks. The unit was clean and very well stocked. We were surprised to see dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags sufficient for our entire stay. Lots of beach gear and, even though we had our own gear, we used some the items, such as the insulated lunch box, water socks, beach mat and the umbrella. WiFi was rock solid and everything in the unit worked. Being on the water is such a treat, with the nightly sunsets and ocean views being a highlight. We spent a few nights on the hide-a-bed just to enjoy the sound of the water. The unit stays very cool most days due to the sea breeze, although we did have a couple of days without wind and the unit did get a little uncomfortable until later in the evening. A well stocked kitchen made cooking in our unit easy and having the washer/dryer in the unit allowed us to limit the clothing we packed plus we went home with the suitcase full of clean clothes. Overall a fantastic place to stay, communication and information provided was excellent.
