Great condo. this was our third visit to Sea Village. We were in building 3, on the third floor, which was a good location for the pool and grills and the third floor was a little bit quieter than first floor units we stayed in previously. As with many units, we only had a small air conditioning unit in the living room and nothing in the bedroom, so it was pretty warm, even as we tried to keep the air flowing. If you're super heat sensitive, definitely look for a unit with full air conditioning. The family in the unit next to us had a small baby and a grandmother and ended up moving mid-way through their stay to find a unit with full air-con. We love using the pool and grills and really enjoyed the people we met at both spots. The kitchen came reasonably stocked with dish supplies and the unit was comfortable. Washer and dryer were a huge benefit as this was a 2 week trip. We expect we'll be back again.

Tolle Lage mit beeindruckenden Blick , tolle und sehr gepflegte Anlage, gute Ausstattung in der Küche um sich selber zu verpflegen, schöner Pool, Apartment ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt Strandequipment könnte umfangreicher sein (wir haben es um einen Sonnenschirm ergänzt). Das Apartment wird im Laufe des Tages warm, aber mit der vorhandene Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und den Ventilatoren kann man es gut aushalten.

Love this unit and love the property. Perfect launching spot for everything Big Island. Will keep returning.

Unit is very comfortable with fully appointed kitchen; laundry is a huge plus and will allow visitors to pack light. Views of both the ocean and hillside from the lanai are breathtaking! The grounds and pool are scrupulously maintained, and there are four large gas grills, kept perfectly clean, for an evening cookout. I will echo what others have mentioned: the portable air conditioner will not cool the bedroom from its location in the living area, unless you use the three box fans to direct the cool air down the hallway and through the bedroom door.

It was a good location in Kona, close to most shopping area.
