We had a great stay at this property on a recent trip to Hawaii with family. It accommodated 4 adults very easily, with plenty of space. The property was clean and had everything we needed for cooking onsite. I would recommend this spot to others looking for a convenient location walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the small pool area to relax at in the afternoons/early evenings. Communication was easy and quick with the property manager.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kolea. The grounds and the property itself were gorgeous and had every amenity you could ask for. The *only* thing we would have liked to see is a bigger fitness center. Other than that, no complaints!! This is our second time booking a Kona coast property via VRBO. I cannot say enough good things about Kona Coast property management. They are super responsive and check in with you periodically to see how things are doing. Love love love!!!

Kolea 16H was fantastic for our family of 4. The unit was clean, comfortable, and good for kids. The Kolea pool, spa, and grounds are immaculate. We would definitely come back again.

I loved that beach and pool were so close. 2-3 minute walk. Loved that the king and queen shops were a 2-3 minute walk away. Super convenient on so many levels
