This is a long overdue but so very well deserved review for KCV staff! Hubby & I stayed at a condo @ Casa de Emdeko (managed by KCV) for a little over a month this past Fall 2024. We are truly impressed on how well KCV operates to service their guests as compared to any other property management company! Given the length of our 1 month stay, we had interacted with the KCV staff on several occasion (they also provided extensions for our stay as well as a few customer service inquiries). First off, the condo was in pristine condition upon arrival! I am bit nitpicky about cleanliness. Even the lanai furniture was dust-free and fresh (critical since we sat on the ocean view lanai nightly to watch the gorgeous sunset). We NEVER had issues reaching them with our needs and they were ALWAYS quick to respond. Casa de Emdeko does have almost weekly water shut-offs due to the age of the property - KCV turned what would have been an inconvenience into a much doable vacation challenge by providing ample notice. We can't sing enough praises for the entire Guest Services/Reservations Team A+!! Guest services team (Alanna, Gabby and Asi) were accountable, professional and always eager to assist. We even had an Amazon delivery during our stay and they advised for Amazon to deliver to their Kona office to ensure that our package was secure. As real estate investors on the mainland, we explored Kona investment properties and spoke with Natalie, KCV's new accounts manager about their services for investor owners. Once we secure a Kona investment property, we would definitely approach KCV to manage our investment. The ladies at KCV have earned all our business for our next Kona vacation rental A+++++!!

We loved the unit. Our first question when arriving was, "Does Kona Coast Vacations clean all their units this well?" This unit was so complete and we could tell that the owner has put a lot of thought into creating a home away from home. We appreciated the organization and tasteful furnishings. (Loved the Shelly White prints and handsome frames, the quilt hangings, and Koa wood cabinetry). We hope to make this unit an annual stop to visit our family in Kona. The communication from KCV was great and we appreciate the user-friendly services. Please pass our complements onto the owners.

We had a great trip and are always happy with Kona Coast Vacations. Only issue with Casa de Emdeko 318 was the AC was not cooling very well. It may have just been the high July temps but I stayed at another unit in late May and that units AC was very cold. Thanks again and I hope to plan my next trip with you very soon.

The perfect condo! It had everything you would ever need - and more! Starting with the inside - they had all the amenities we were looking for. A/C, great king bed, and really comfortable furniture to relax on. Even a really nice Murphy bed! Everything was in great condition and looked new. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of beach equipment! 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella, 4 snorkels and many other things. The lanai view... wow! Beautiful views overlooking the water, saltwater pool and beach area. The sunsets are glorious with tiki torches and palm trees in the foreground - can't be beat! The only thing to be aware of is the long walk down the building hallway to the condo. To have those amazing views, you have to be willing to walk a ways and do a few stairs - worth it!! Not for someone with mobility issues. We'll be back! Mahalo!
