Great condo, clean and convenient, great location!

We had a nice week at Waikoloa Colony Villas. The unit was clean and well equipped. About 20-25 minutes from Kona. Definitely get off resort for better, more affordable dining and grocery options. Aloha!

Very spacious and comfortable. Good beds. Stocked with plenty of basic cooking supplies. Peaceful. We had trouble with WiFi—called the first morning, and it was fixed later that afternoon when a technician came to fix it. Then it worked well throughout our stay. We only got 1 pool key, and the pool requires a key to get out of pool area—this is inconvenient.

Beautiful townhome & very well take care of. We are a family who vacations a lot, & over the years you realize what is important in a rental & this house has it all. Well appointed kitchen, close to the pool, comfortable beds & nice linens, Cable tv in the bedrooms, even black cosmetic facecloths in bathroom(ladies you know what I’m taking about), extra beach/pool towels. Loungers on the master deck were fantastic for morning coffee. Lastly house was spotless. Our baby played on the floor all weekend & never had to think twice.

The property was clean and well supplied as a rental condo. Convenient of location and comfortable.
