The house was exactly how it is listed on line. Plenty of space for 5 people. Extremely clean and well stocked. But the best part was the outside patio area! We spent every morning and evening outside with the incredible view and pool. It really is amazing! I don’t think we could have wanted for anything more! Highly recommend!

Interior slightly dated but plenty of space and the patio makes up for it. Kudos on the kitchen gadgets. Wish you could turn the AC past 74. Would rent again

I recently had the most incredible stay at Akoa Place, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning panoramic ocean views—watching the sunset from the infinity pool was truly magical.The home itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and large sliding doors let in so much natural light, making the space feel warm and inviting. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the master suite with the jetted tub felt like a private spa retreat.One of my favorite parts of the stay was the outdoor area. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee, the lava rock BBQ made grilling in the evenings a treat, and the lush tropical landscaping gave the whole property a secluded, peaceful feel.The location was fantastic—tucked away in a quiet, gated community, yet still close to great snorkeling spots, restaurants, and shopping. It felt like the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the little touches that make it feel like a luxury escape. If you’re looking for the perfect Kona retreat, Akoa Place is it! I can’t wait to come back.

This house and the views are amazing!! We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary. This was our second time in this house and our 5th time on the Big Island. Our days were spent swimming in the pool, reading and more swimming. With a little sightseeing. All the Kona Coast staff were once again very helpful and excellent to work with. We will, with high praise, recommend Kona Coast Vacations (and this house) to any friends planning a trip future trip to Kona. I know we will be repeating this vacation soon.
