This condo was amazing. This is my sixth time to Kona and I will always plan to stay here going forward. Awesome location and accommodations.

My husband is from Kona and we visit often. This is the best vacation rental we have stayed at on the island. The location is fantastic - close to town and with a direct ocean view. The condo is incredibly comfortable with thoughtful touches in each room. I look forward to staying again!

This place was fabulous. Quiet even with all the nearby restaurants, was decorated very nicely, had amazing balcony views, was immaculate upon arrival, boasts lots of great space, had a fully stocked kitchen, had lots of beach gear available, and everything-and I mean everything-was automated, including all the shades throughout the unit. Could not have been happier staying here, and would not think twice about staying again if/when we ever return. Mahalo!!

We had a great time, thank you. The place was perfect for us, very nicely furnished and kept up, walking distance to restaurants and central to all our travels around the island. Working with David was awesome – he set us up with a helicopter ride (highlight of the trip), intro snorkeling & manta ray snorkeling – all were excellent for our trip! Thanks David!

The views from the lanai are spectacular! This was actually our 2nd time staying in #705 and it did not disappoint whatsoever! We loved #705 so much that we re-booked it immediately for this summer. The unit has everything you need for the perfect home away from home vacation (even beach towels/toys). The beds are immensely comfortable. But for the crashing of the ocean waves persuading me to go out to the lanai, I might've stayed in bed all day! Every morning we would sit on the lanai, sipping delicious coffee (brewed by the unit's Breville coffee maker - nice!) and watched all the activity out in the bay: paddle boarders, boats, kayaks, canoes, dolphins, fish and turtles! And the sunsets are just ridiculous - picture perfect - amazing! The unit is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Kailua Pier. Safeway, WalMart, and Starbucks are all within a mile. Target is about 2 miles. Do yourself a favor, stop wasting time looking at other units and just book #705!
