This place lived up to its billing. We wanted a place where we could walk to the private beach. Beautiful walk took 15 - 17 minutes. I wanted private lanai's where we could sit outside. We ate outside and sat out there during the day. We wanted space. This place had plenty of it. It was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Hung out in the comfortable living room. Price was steep, but we had no complaints and would definitely return. We used the athletic facility as well. We hung out at the beach, used the chairs furnished as part of the townhouse. I highly recommend this townhouse. We definitely want to return.

Our group of 3 couples had a wonderful 10 day stay at Mauna Lani Islands K1! From the reservation process with Kona Coast Vacations, to prompt communication throughout, to excellent arrival information and then our stay-all was excellent! This was our second vacation at K1 and it was just as we remembered 2 years ago- fantastic! The townhouse is situated an easy 100 feet from the shared pool where there is lots of area to enjoy the sun and umbrellas for those who like shade. The unit itself is beautiful and just as pictured and described! The kitchen is well stocked with incidentals like spices, kitchen wrap, paper towels, lots of dishes and glasses, a blender, etc. The 3 king bedrooms are spacious, with lots of storage and huge en suites. The beach club is an easy walk along a great paved walkway and takes about 15 mins. K1 has beach toys, boogie boards and a wagon to help carry things to the beach. All I can say is do not hesitate to book this vacation home for an awesome stay in Kona!

Great stay. Kona coast did lots to make sure we were taken care of by trying to get us in a little early to enquiring how everything was and responding to issues - smelly garage and where is trash dumpster. House was lovely and high end. Facilities, remodeling and furniture included. All loved the walk in showers and I loved the flower hedge in master bedroom obviating the need for curtains. All washing necessities were supplied including washing machine and dishwasher. Thank you.

Let me tell you about our stay…EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! From the views to the cleanliness of the house…this stay was top notch!! I can’t find ANYTHING negative to say! Well worth the price!! Enjoyed myself immensely!
