So wonderful when a vacation stay exceeds your expectations. Lovey condo development with view over golf course and distant water. Sunsets were spectacular ! Very peaceful in late September. Best property management communication that I have experienced in years of vacationing. From the minute we booked to departure, all information was clear and deeply appreciated. We had one “ challenge “ with microwave not working and we’re notified that replacement would be sent. This was handled in less than 24 hours. The property management team was so gracious and professional. Please note : There is a narrow spiral staircase up to 3rd bedroom . Not a problem for “ younger and/or fit “ individuals . Nice part is that there is a bathroom with shower in that loft bedroom . We will return in a heartbeat . Mahalo ~ Nancy

The place is well appointed and very comfortable. The loft gets a bit warm as hot air rises but overall the place is very comfortable.

Our condo rented from Kona Coast Vacations was perfect for our 7 night stay on the Big Island. The view from the lanai was incredible. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo made for a relaxing stay. The condo was pleasantly stocked with an ice chest, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and beach towels.

We stayed here with our 79 y/o parents and our 12/13 year olds and it was perfect for the whole crew! Location is great, pool is right next to the condo and the beds were comfy for all. Three bathrooms was a huge help. We would definitely rebook this and are already thinking about returning next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Robert's Nest. It was perfect and comfortable for our family.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Country Club Villas 324! The condo was fully equipped ,clean , nicely decorated and had an amazing view. We would not hesitate to book this unit again with Kona Coast Vacations. They were great. Amazing communication and responded to our questions promptly . Very easy process from start to finish. Mahalo
