This is my fifth time to stay in Ali'i Villas 228. The new remodel surely improved this condo. I was impressed by the intelligent design of the kitchen, baths, and floors. Thanks so much! It was great having beach chairs, boogey boards, etc. Please provide Ice Trays for the fridge and cutting boards so we don't have to use the lovely counter tops. The pots and pans and skillets were all great and appreciated. Have your cleaners wet mop the new floors; dusting does not get all the dirt which if barefoot feet get black on the bottom. We saw whales off the common area at the sea shore and also from our lanai. What a treat! Great condo and good location. Our view was amazing and we saw whales and dolphins every day. The condo was perfect for our needs.

Our condo was amazing, it looked way better in person than the photos! The view was stupendous. Every detail we could have needed was there, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, and more! The lanai was fantastic to relax on. We loved the complex, clean, great bbq's, everyone went down to the water and railing to watch the sunset with their drinks! Great location, attention to detail and an easy walk to town! Will stay again for sure!

We had an amazing time in our Alii Villas #228. The unit has been freshly remodeled, with air conditioners added...A big plus! It's a small two bedroom unit, but takes advantage of every square inch. We did have a couple of issues, the new dishwasher didn't work, no broom, no toilet plunger, one air conditioner needed repairs....but one phone call and all was taken care of within a matter of minutes. We would definitely stay there again. I would suggest a couple of things...a king bed in the master bedroom. That was the smallest queen bed ever! And beach chairs! I've traveled to Kona 37 times and have always had beach chairs. We ended up spending over $100 on a couple of chairs, which I left with friends.

Very nice condo. Accommodation and property were as described. Perfect location to many of the activities we had planned for our trip.

The stay was fantastic! There were few small issues and one big issue with reservation but all got resolved to full satisfaction! The communication was quick, prompt and always to the point. The rental was very clean and very well supplied. Would love to come again one day...
