Amazing location they did have an appraisal but they gave us plenty of time and we’re super nice about it. I think they even refunded us $100 because of it but we had a wonderful time and your team was awesome.

Fantastic location. Mauna Lani area is a very quiet relaxing area of the Big Island and we plan on returning for a repeat visit. Beach club beach was great. Loved the snorkeling and easy access. Our unit was comfortable and the lanais were very private. Parking was a little bit of an issue due to lack of "guest parking" - apparently the original planning was for the garages to be used for the cars for the full time unit owners without much concern for short term rental units so presume most of those garages sit empty and unused. We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from Kona Coast Vacations. The concierge service provided by David was great - very helpful. In all the visits we have made to Hawaii we have never had such high quality service from a rental agency. We are in the process of booking another stay with them for next year.

Great place great location when we arrived. Condo was super clean. Facility has great amenities barbecues, swimming pools, workout area. Air conditioner works great. Look forward to staying here again.

The view from the lanai is incredible. We spent so much time watching the waves crash, listening to the birds, searching for geckos. The inside was spacious, clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The oceanfront pool was a great amenity, and the rocky shoreline was fun to explore. There are beaches within a 10 minute drive with great snorkelling and good for young kids. The unit had beach chairs we were able to use. We are already looking forward to our next stay!
