Everything was well stocked and super clean. The garage parking is a nightmare, so bring your A game for keeping your car dent free!

Parking was problem the spaces was the 1st space against the wall and very narrow to use difficult to maneuver into. We requested different space but we were turned down! The management team for the complex was NOT available to speak or discuss any alternative parking for us. It was even shared to us by other home owners they are never on site to help with any issues. As for requesting help from Kona Coast vacations we were instructed to speak to the property management. OVER ALL great place thanks for sharing your home...

It was a great location for walking to shops and eateries downtown as well as for exploring the island! The condo was not only beautifully decorated with high end finishes, but it was equipped with everything we needed and more, too! Beach chairs, towels, bags, ample linens, kitchen tools, etc. - they have thought of everything! The lanai was our favorite spot for breakfasts and dinners as it is spacious and comfortable with a small view of the ocean and beautiful flowers and foliage. One morning I even saw a whale breach in the distance as I sat and stared out. Of course, the parking lot is below, but we really didn't mind that like we thought we might. The only things we thought could be improved were ventilation in the bathrooms and a more comfortable sofa. Overall, it was a fabulous place for our family to stay while in Kona and we highly recommend!

Very good kitchen, well equipped (with beach chairs for example) and a good location. The balcony is big and the pool area really nice. You get much value for the money with this apartment.
