The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals - even a waffle maker! The condos in this complex stay very quiet because all of the adjoining walls, ceilings and floors are concrete. We would look to rent this place again when we return to Kona.

It was close to town and all that it has to offer. The pool was beautiful with many lounge chairs and barbecues for personal use. Everything about the property was immaculate and well maintained. We decided to stay two extra days and the management company was easy to work with. WE would highly recommend this condo for two couples or a family. The bathrooms were very nice and the fact that it had a third bathroom came in very handy when our family was visiting.

The apartment was comfortably furnished and the ceiling fans were just right (no A/C necessary). We were particularly amazed by all of the kitchen appliances and gadgets. We were able to easily prepare any meal we wanted. The place also had beach towels, chairs, and snorkel gear. Having those available really saved us money.

The pictures are exactly how the unit looks...super clean and it felt like we were in our own home. Included were 4 sets of snorkeling gear for the kids, beach towels... the lanai had plenty of furniture...everything was in excellent condition. I can't praise this property enough! Hopefully it will be available for our next trip to Kona!

Loved the lanai and enjoyed eating and relaxing there. The peaking was good but be careful if you have a big car as the spaces are pretty tight. Very much enjoyed our stay in Kona.
