Great place, plenty of room for two couples and one 3 year old. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Down Town Kailua Kona yet just far enough away to be quiet with partial ocean views. I would stay here again

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. The area is very calm but it's is only one mile to the pier and city center (we were there for the Ironman). A lot of restaurants very close to the building. It's very big, and the beds are very comfortable. We were 4 people, but 6 people can be hosted there comfortably. Also having air conditioning is a plus. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils that you could need. Clean, modern and confortable. Highly recommended!

The condo is nicely decorated with modern fixtures and very comfortable. The complex is quiet, yet within a few steps of Ali'i drive. We walked to restaurants and shopping. The lanai is huge. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay on the Big Island and a big part of that experience was due to the lovely condo. It was clean and spacious. The beach extras (towels, bag, snorkel gear, chairs, etc.) were appreciated by all. The large lanai was incredibly furnished. The property management was prompt in replying to our questions and very helpful when an issue came up (the allotted parking space was too small for our rental mini-van). The only changes I would recommend is fixing the very squeaky doors and consider a larger parking space for a condo unit that sleeps six. If at all possible, I would also urge the property management to consider recycling services as well. We cooked much of our own food (we had small children) and had to throw away a lot of recyclables. Other than that, we would definitely consider staying here again the next time we are on the Big Island.
