A very lovely, updated, clean, spacious and well furnished condo. Close to restaurants, shops and the beach. I appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, bags, etc. that they provided. They even had snorkel and fin sets (didn't get to use since we brought our own). Washer and dryer and AC (AC was on a 4 hr timer but didn't bother me) were a plus. Kona Coast personnel/concierge were excellent. Just FYI, assigned parking is tight. We were able to squeeze in our full size car but anything bigger will not fit... This place was worth it.

only downfall was the air conditioning turning off every 4 hrs. We were woken up every not sweating and needing to turn back on the air conditioning. But such a beautiful and comfortable condo. Loved it! Could walk right to town with our stroller =)

This condo has been beautifully updated. It is quite spacious, has a great lanai with a partial ocean view. The location is great, near to many restaurants and shops. The communal pool area is great. The condo is stocked with everything you could need from cooking utensils to snorkel gear. Don't rent a van or SUV as the parking stalls are very small.

This place provided what it said. It was spacious and clean. The snorkel and beach equipment were great as was having a washer and dryer.
The A/C is window units in the bedrooms on a timer (as I think the description says). They were loud but effective.

Great location, so close to restaurants and shops. This place has everything you could possibly need! From cooking utensils to snorkel gear, they have everything. It's been beautifully updated and is very clean. The communal pool area was very nice too. The parking stalls are very small, so don't rent a van or SUV, they won't fit. Kona Coast Vacations was available for questions and were very helpful.

Good value for money, great location. Everything exactly as advertised. Amazing attention to detail. Fast response rate from the owners. The only downfall would be the procedure to pay for the extra taxes - it is a bit annoying. It would be great if this was already reflected in the price shown on the airbnb so that you just pay once. Other than that I highly recommend this place.
