It is a perfect location to enjoy all the restaurants and shops that Kona has to offer. With two separate living areas, perfect for a family or two couples traveling together. The view of the ocean is simply fantastic, with the ability to catch the sunrise and sunset from both sides of the condo.

On arrival at the complex (which appeared somewhat older), we were wondering what our apartment was going to be like. As soon as we opened the doors we knew we had booked the best accommodation of our entire US holiday. The apartment is split level, with high ceilings, instantly giving a feeling os space, with floor to ceiling windows to take in the gorgeous ocean views right in front of you. The beds in both rooms are huge, and very comfortable, finished with beautiful linen and lots of pillows and cushions. Air conditioning and fans are provided in every room, and are quiet and work well. All credit to the owners, they have done a marvellous job renovating, and no detail has been left. Appliances are top end, curtains are remote, there are even iPods in each room. For those who enjoy watching TV there are TV's in both bedrooms, and the living area. The furnishing and decor all matches beautifully and gives a feeling of beach and luxury. There is none of that daggy Hawaiian flower decor from the 70's and 80's which you see in most properties. Best of all, although you're staying in an apartment complex, you don't hear a thing from other apartments as you're on the top floor. Finally, a special mention to the property management company, they handled our reservation efficiently, were friendly and very helpful. On the day we arrived they contacted us to confirm we arrived safely and that everything was ok, and we were lucky enough to have a slightly later check out. For those who haven't been to Kona before, this property is in the perfect location, with cafes, restaurants and convenience stores all downstairs within a couple of minutes walk. Thank you Kona Coast Vacations and the owners of this lovely property, we wish we had stayed for longer!

Plenty of privacy for both couples. High end finishes all around. Beautiful views from the balcony. Nearby restaurants and activities. It was exactly as advertised and just as nice as the pictures show. The building itself is nothing too fancy, but once you get inside, you'll be wowed. This is for the family, couple, or couples who don't want to spend all their time at an expensive resort.
