We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hali'I Kai 8C and cannot recommend it enough. The unit and grounds exceeded our expectations. The condo itself is spacious, well decorated and had everything we needed and more. It was luxurious, but incredibly comfortable. A day at the beach was easy with the use of provided beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, toys and cooler. We enjoyed many morning cups of coffee and evening glasses of wine on the ocean view lanai while the kids tossed a ball on the grassy area. I was thrilled to find a Weber grill to use as well. The Hali'kai grounds were beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. Absolutely peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the well designed pool area that overlooks the ocean. It was fantastic to have food and drink available. The owner also had great recommendations for nearby activities, restaurants and shops. The location was perfect with amazing beaches just short drives away and plenty of activities if desired or a beautiful place to just stay and relax. We can't wait to go back!

We can't say enough good things about this wonderful condo. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and was immaculate. It is exactly as described, except that the very nice owners don't boast enough about how well maintained and stocked the place is for you. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked on the patio grill several nights we were there. The Hali'i Kai neighborhood is just incredible. The grounds are maintained to perfection, the pool/restaurant area is beautiful, overlooking both the water and golf course. The gym is awesome for those who want to work out...not only does it have high quality (limited, but enough for us and we are truly gym rats) equipment, but the place literally opens up completely so that you are running on the treadmill or elliptical, over-looking the Pacific while the warm breeze blows through the gym. We were attending a conference at the Hilton Waikaloa, which is walking distance from the condo right across the golf course and we were the envy of our friends who stayed at the hotel. We were there by ourselves but the place could have easily handled two or three of our kids or another couple. We are frequent VRBO users and it doesn't get much better than this in terms of value.

We are so pleased with our stay at Hali'i Kai and specifically this unit, 8C. The unit is beautifully decorated and the king bed in the master was so comfortable. The unit was very well stocked and we really felt we had everything we needed. We planned many day trips to local beaches so having beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear and beach toys all there in the unit was a huge help. We also enjoyed our days at the pool as well. We loved the great happy hour food and drinks at the pool. The owner also left great suggestions for good area beaches, restaurants and shopping. There are so many excellent beaches within 20-30 from the condo. Hali'i Kai is such a lovely setting and very quiet and peaceful at night. Our two boys 11 and 13 enjoyed the large grassy area outside the unit to kick the soccer ball or throw the football. The owners were so nice to work with as well, they were very responsive and helpful. This is my third stay at Hali'i Kai and we would love to come back again!

This is a luxury condominium in an beautiful complex at a prime location. I was attending a meeting at the adjacent Hilton, which was easily accessed across the golf course, and was the envy of all fellow meeting-goers who were staying in the host hotel. When not a the meeting we (family with 3 kids aged 8 to 14) were enjoying daily outings to close-by highlights such as Hapuna Beach, Waipi'o Valley and some of the terrific snorkeling south of Kailua. The condo was the perfect base camp for these types of outings - especially with the snorkeling gear and boogie boards there and ready for use. The days often ended with a dip in the seaside pool and a cocktail at poolside, or barbecuing on the poarch behind the condo watching the sun go down - or sometimes both! This is a ground floor unit with an extensive grass lawn behind, and a free view of the setting sun over the ocean.

We just got back from a week of pure bliss at your condo! Thank you so much for making our vacation so enjoyable. The small touches really added to our time. We loved the sunsets!!! Great view from the lanai and bedroom of the ocean. We used the snorkeling and beach gear almost daily although the kids couldn't wait to get back to the pool! Great Mai-Tai's, Pina Colada's and food from the bar/restaurant. We'll be back!!!
