The condo has beautiful views, ocean breezes and decor. The gorgeous wood finishes and updated interior make this unit stand above the rest. One of the nicest I've stayed in for the price. Location was perfect for our south Kona Coast adventures. Close to amenities but felt a million tropical miles away! Thank you for a great stay.

Fabulous 2-week stay at Surf and Racquet 1206! Kitchen was top notch for preparing meals. We donated a muffin pan to the bakeware selection. Really appreciate the beach accessories in the deck box (i.e. chairs, mats, boogie boards, snorkel gear). The place was spotless upon arrival. Very comfortable beds and luxurious linens. A few picky things: could use more paper products upon arrival (paper towels, TP, napkins), a few burned out light bulbs, kitchen faucet leaked, so water accumulated under the sink and the lanai most definitely could use a couple of ceiling fans. None of these little things, however, should keep you from booking this place. It is gorgeous! A BIG thanks for a wonderful stay on our first trip to the Big Island! Mahalo!

Stunning views from most of the condo. Beautifully appointed and even though there isn't AC all the fans made us very comfortable even in the middle of July. We will be back. Thank you!

Apartment was in top condition. Everything was clean and high end appliances. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was being renovated which was a shame but overall great stay. Some things we needed: More trash bags-2 per day, more dish tabs, again 2 times per day, toilet bowl cleaner, all purpose cleaner for the bathroom.
