The lanai is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. This is one of the very few properties (that we could see) that has a beach just below it with very few people using it. We felt like we had our own private beach! Easy access to the pool (which again felt like our own as no one was using it) and the beach. The property managers were friendly, helpful and efficient with any of our needs. The waves crash loudly and it does take time to adjust. Traffic noise is a pain but all properties on Alii Drive have the same problem. All in all, no complaints except......we missed BBQ'ing! Highly recommended

I can't sufficiently describe the breathtaking view and sound of the waves crashing to the shore. The condo is exceptional - beautifully designed, furnished and comfortable. The owners have outfitted the unit with everything you will need for your vacation. With only six units in the entire building, you frequently have private use of the pool. The town of Kailua-Kona is only 2 miles away and it's wonderful to start your day with a morning walk. Ali'i Drive can be a little noisy at times, but you soon grow used to it.

This is a first class condo that has an ocean breeze instead of air conditioning.
