From outside the complex, it looked a very ordinary old building complex, but as soon as the entry door is opened it has a WOW factor, as if the ocean waves are right below us. The appointments in the condo are very high quality with no spare was given to details for convenience and comfort. Sitting in the Lanai while watching marine life, sounds of the ocean waves etc etc. It is a bit noisy as it is on the main road, but all shops restaurants are right below us make it very convenient. If the seller is interested to sell this condo, I will be very interested.

(The outside of the building is deceptive--doesn't look like as nice a condo will be present, however trust me it is awesome!) I have never stayed in a place as nice as this condo and neither had my best friend or husband who accompanied me on this trip! The unit is sparkling clean and spectacularly furnished. The host provides an Ipod in the living room and the loft master bedroom to control the Sonos sound system that is also provided. Very large beach towels provided and soft large bath towels as well. The kitchen is up to date with everything you could possibly want and then some! We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to music and the waves crashing on the rocks below! Absolutely stunning! There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance from the condo if you choose not to use the well-appointed kitchen. We liked Bongo Ben's. Area is convenient with great snorkeling approx. 5 miles away. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. My best friend is now convinced she has to makeover her kitchen just like this one! :) p.s. They also have a washer and dryer that is great for those not wanting to take a lot of luggage or wanting to wash their clothes before returning home!

A catalog describing items in the condo along with questions and answers on the points of interest in the area was found on the coffee table; it was extremely helpful. The property management team, Kona Coast Vacations, did an excellent job to ensure everything was in working order and we were happy. Everything exceeded our expectations all in all an outstanding experience and great value.

The view the sound of the ocean at night was incredible. I would stay here again and I would recommend this condo to my friends.

Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, impressive electronic set up and great view of the ocean. Very clean, helpful handbook for connecting to wifi and such. Only complaint is the late check in @4pm, main issue with this is the property management company closes an hour later and if the codes provided to unlock door aren't correct - you would be stranded. We arrived promptly at 4 o'clock to find the codes were incorrect, the neighbour came out to let us know it was almost always an issue and nobody can ever enter the unit. He directed us to the building manager for assistance. My husband call the Koma Coast company regarding the code and was surprised that the agent he spoke with wasn't especially happy to hear from us. The initial response was "I'm not sure why you are calling me?" .. With regards to the codes provided not unlocking unit. They provided the codes through email and were our only contacts for the property. After some explanation, the agent provided another set of codes which allowed access to the condo. My advice on this matter: get there at 4 o'clock sharp and make certain the codes are correct. Would have been an interesting evening if we hadn't have been able to enter until following day when their offices re-opened. Other than that one issue, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay at this location. One note for families with small children, the upstairs railings were not safe to have small kids near... We avoided any issues by not allowing access to loft, no issue, just something to be aware of.
