Pleasant, clean, nicely decorated, large Lanai with nice views, kitchen is well set up for "eating" at home, nice pool.We would consider this condo if we return to the Big Island.

Had a wonderful 7-night stay in this beautiful top floor unit. Views from balcony were gorgeous, impeccably clean. Would stay again!

We lucked out and selected Vista Waikoloa D303. The view was incredible, we could see the observatory on Mauna Kea, cinder cones along Saddle Road and the entire slope up to the top of Mauna Loa. Very unique view for the entire Waikoloa Beach community. Condo had everything for our long stay, even baking pans. Short ten minute pleasant safe walk to A Bay with its long sand beach. Or a ten minute walk to a rocky shoreline beach to watch surfers take on the big waves and to wow at the stunningly beautiful sunsets with whales blowing spray in the foreground. Happy Vacationer

Overall great property. Amazing location. Beds and bedroom furniture could be upgraded... The headboard in the main bedroom is not attached or something ? and it bangs and wobbles every time you roll over. New kitchen is beautiful!

Mahalo for your feedback! We will be sure to tighten that headboard.
