A great condo, the view from the lanai is excellent, the condo has been updated recently. The bedroom a/c is a bit noisy but we sleep with a noise maker so it wasn’t a problem. It’s about a mile to walk up to shops and restaurants on Alii drive. We were very happy with everything about the condo and it’s location.

Our stay at Sea Village-3204 was a very enjoyable one. The condo is nicely updated, well-stocked, clean and has great ocean views; definitely more than the online pictures can capture. The grounds, at the property are very attractive & impeccably maintained. It's helpful that it's located about a 10-minute walk away from the downtown Kona strip, but at the same time far enough removed from this busy strip to have a relaxing and secure feel. Kona Coast Vacations were very courteous, positive & helpful in their communications, prior to and during our stay. They did well in creating a welcoming atmosphere at the property. I highly recommend this location and we will definitely strongly consider this property for future trips to the Island, if/when available.
