We enjoyed our week stay at Fairways Villas Waikoloa K3. It is great for a family stay as it has 2 full bathrooms, a bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. The suite is quite spacious with lots of closet space, washer dryer and extras such as beach chairs. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with 2 indoor dining areas. We also used the outdoor table on the lanai every morning for breakfast. The infinity pool and barbecues are situated close to the suite which was convenient. There are 2 shopping centres, grocery store and restaurants within a few minutes drive or short walk. There are also several beaches within a 10 minute drive. We would stay at this complex again.

As a single traveler (in bigger part with extended family), I appreciated the comforts of home here! The unit was well stocked, comfortable, and the location was perfect! I had a great time here, and an overall wonderful experience with Fairway Villas. We look forward to a trip back, someday. MAHALO!

Our family had a fabulous time on the Big Island! The Fairway Villas K3 was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was close to the pool and BBQ's. There was beach equipment which was a bonus! The location of Fairway Villas is great! Only 30 min from the Airport and close to shops and restaurants. It is surrounded by golf courses and other resorts so walking or running in the area was easy and safe. It is also close to many beaches that we explored throughout our time on the Big Island. Kona Coast Vacations provided detailed information and was super easy to work with. I would definitely book again through Kona Coast Vacations and recommend them to family and friends!

Beautifully remodeled condo. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of beach items, well-equipped kitchen for simple dinners. Would recommend!
