Loved the unit - only issue is the mini starter kit from Kona Coast Vacations. Same for one night as 10. Our stay was 10 nights - 4 dishwasher pods and 2 garbage bags. Please consider the length of stay - the daily fee is the same per night, why provide expected basics for only two nights? You ask that garbage is taken out daily, yet renter must spend $15 for garbage bags and $15 for dishwasher soap - both of which will be unused and left behind at check-out.

With regards to the starter pack, we are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the amenities starter pack. Some guests stay 4 days and some up to a maximum of 30 days because it is economical for people to stay in a vacation rental. Although a hotel room is significantly smaller than an a condo, hotels have a constant supply of amenities which is one of the reasons why their prices are so high. If we were to supply each guest with amenities for the entire duration of their stay, our prices would be much higher to offset the cost of supplies. For this reason, we only provide amenities to start off your reservation. We hope that better explains why there is just a starter pack and not endless supplies within the condo. Kona Coast Vacations provided a seamless, well organized stay for us. The unit we had was wonderful. We had a temporary issue with an internet connections, but Kona Coast Vacations had someone swing by in very short order to correct the problem. PCG

Kanaloa at Keauhou 1501 the unit is exactly as shown in the pictures; a spacious unit with a well-stocked kitchen that included everything we needed, upgraded appliances and an amazing views of both the golf course and ocean with crashing waves and water sprays! Out on the lanai behind one of the sliding doors is a sink and refrigerator, that are not included in the pictures. It is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the bay where several snorkeling and night manna ray tours take off from. Well maintained resort! Great unit and highly recommend!
