Great home from home, comfortable family holiday stay. Spacious, with washing/drier, dishwasher. Great being able to do washing but could have done with drying rack. Air conditioning needs updating, looked like mobile units had been touched up & fitted at different times & would take time to come in & work. Properly right next to ocean swimming pool but was always filled with lots of kids, but we just used other property pools which were quiet.

We had a fabulous vacation in 2301 at Kanaloa at Kona! The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you would need for a beach vacation, from plenty of beach towels, sand toys , beach chairs and more. I highly recommend this home right next to the pool but not noisy. The views of the ocean were amazing. We would stay there again, in fact I could live there!

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect to downtown Kona. Definitely would highly recommend this rental unit.

This property is in a beautiful location, the entire property is very well maintained and constructed with three nice pools, and beautifully landscaped. At least half of the units are built to take advantage of a water view. We loved our condo.
