The condo and community are wonderful. Condo is beautifully furnished and fully equipped; has everything you need. Everything is stylish and super comfortable. All of us slept so well; some of the best mattresses. Coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the lanai are so relaxing. You really feel like you are in a 5 star resort. The Beach Club is protected and great for swimming and has a top rated restaurant right on the beach, Napua, which offers lunch and dinner. Be sure to have their fish tacos and calamari; they are the best. Foodland, restaurants (Tommy Bahama's can't be beat) and shopping are within walking distance. Lots more shopping and dining in Waikoloa just a short drive away. Perfect getaway!

Another beautiful stay at golf villas in this exact condo. So clean and wonderful! There wasn’t anything the condo didn’t have that we needed. The grill is terrific and the view never gets old. I love waking up with the birds while drinking coffee on the lanai. Mahalo!

We had a fabulous time in Hawaii. While we didn’t tap into all of the resources you made available to us through your concierge service, we absolutely loved our villa and the surrounding area. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. It was a perfect layout for my family too. My 15-year old son loved having a loft with a big screen TV all to himself and my younger son (turned 13 on the trip) also had his own bedroom. We cooked breakfast at home every day before setting out to enjoy the island. We made this reservation very last minute as far as holiday getaways go, so we were extra-impressed with the quality of the villa. The regular emails and organization from the Kona Coast Vacations team did not go unnoticed. You are top notch! Thanks again.

The property was clan and well appointed. The layout of the rooms allowed for privacy while the kitchen, dining area and lanai were comfortable and allowed space for everyone! We hope to return to Hawaii again soon and hope to stay in the same property!

Everything went smoothly. Clean and updated condo in xlnt condition. Very good communication with property manager. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the front door so be conscious of that. Beach club access is a real bonus. Will happily rebook next time I’m visiting the Big Island.
