The unit was very spacious and accommodating with 3 bathrooms. The balcony was amazing and spacious to enjoy dinners and morning coffee while viewing the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and then some. We did not want for anything in that kitchen! The only downfall was the cleanliness of the floors. We are used to taking off our shoes in the house. However, when that is requested, you need to make sure people’s feet won’t turn black from all of the dirt on the floor. The floors were filthy. Otherwise, we loved everything else about the unit and location.

Very comfortable condo

This place exceeded our expectations. It was clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I really appreciated the air conditioning that kept every room nice and cool. The Lanai stretches across the entire back and the access from both rooms was an excellent bonus .. we had a view of the ocean which made it nice to drink our coffee every morning. It was extremely quiet and accessible to the downtown area which made it nice to walk to dinner and shopping. I would definitely book this again if we return to Kona.
