The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The unit was clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. The only complaint I have is that I called the property management company to see if housekeeping could come by and exchange the bed linens and towels mid week. I explained that I did not need housekeeping services, that I had stripped the bed and had all towels gathered and placed by front door. I was told that I would need to do my own laundry they could not provide fresh linens. At the rate per night I didn't feel I was asking for much to get fresh linens and towels mid week for a week long stay. The last thing I want to be doing is laundry when I am on vacation.

With regard to your displeasure about linen delivery, we are sorry that we were not able to provide additional linens. We do request that guests treat the unit as a private residence and are responsible for their own towels and linens should they need to be changed during their stays. We provide laundry strips and there is a washer and dryer in the condo for guest convenience. We enjoyed hosting you folks.
