The property was amazing. Peaceful neighborhood away from busy roads but with an easy walking path down the hill to the hub of Ali'i Drive.

We loved staying here! Exactly as described in the listing. The Pool, volleyball court and other amenities were great. Awesome location close to Kailua town. The neighborhood gate to Ali'i drive made it easy to go for a morning walk/run. When we travel to Kona again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This home was excellent and super comfortable. It was everything it was described to be and more. And when we needed assistance, communication was easy and efficient. We would completely recommend it for anyone.

My family stayed here for one week in mid-August and we loved it! The home is exactly as pictured online and the backyard and pool were spectacular. Our 5 year old daughter picking mangos for breakfast and swimming in the pool. The place especially shines at sunrise and sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy 5 minute drive to downtown. We can't wait to stay there again!

Highly reccomend this house. Great house and location in Kona! Pool was a big hit with the kids as well!
