We loved our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We loved the lanai view out over lush planting and the sound of the pool waterfall! The planting around the whole property and the pool is so lovely and well maintained. The pool is gorgeous and perfect for swimming laps and sitting around. Everyone at Kona Coast Vacations was very helpful and we had all the information we needed. We also loved having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The location is perfect for easily getting to great beaches and fabulous restaurants. And the price was so reasonable, especially compared to the resorts in this area. It was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely rent again from Kona Coast Vacations.

This is a nicely maintained property at the quiet edge of the development. The rooms offer multiple places to relax, and the layout would be ideal for having two pairs of adults using the downstairs bedrooms, and a couple of kids in the loft.

The place was great! There was room for all 5 of us, it was clean, well appointed, and in a great location. Access to our favorite beaches was easy, but if we wanted to stay put then the pool was nice too. I plan on returning here in the future.

We used to stay near Kona & walk out to Mauna Lani Beach several times during past stays. My daughter has stayed at the Palms before & so we booked this condo for ourselves & 4 others for our children & their families, I liked this condo best of all. Very nice environment. We had views of pretty plants & volcanic rock. It was near the pool but we weren’t looking directly at it. I loved the kitchen setup & would like to remodel our kitchen like this one. It was very peaceful & quiet.
