Family of 5 all adults stayed for a week. It was spacious enough. Lots of light with all the windows. nice views into the mature garden and lava rock. Being on the corner gave us more privacy and more garden views. Kitchen had most of things one would need. There electric kettle was broken so we had to boil water for coffee each morning. They have a coffee maker but we like to grind and do our on drip coffee thing. We grilled a few times on the patio and this was nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bath linens were ok a little hard, could be nicer. They provided beach towels. And this unit had coolers, chairs, and umbrellas, plus other things. Very quiet and secure area. We walked to the fish ponds in the mornings and evening and enjoyed the access the beach club.

We had the best time in the most comfortable unit I have ever stayed in, and I have been to Mauna Lani golf villas at least six times! The unit was H1! I will definitely reserve this unit again in 2025! Mahalo

The Palm Villas at Mauna Lani H1 is a beautiful end unit condo with all the amenities you could ask for. very nice furnishings and well maintained. comfortable beds, large and spacious, ceiling fans in each room, very nice outdoor area, beautiful grounds, extremely nice pool. the private beach club cannot be beat, no surf, white sand, a restaurant, restrooms, water station to boot. Kona Coast vacations is excellent to deal with, very responsive, I can't say enough about them. You will enjoy this unit and property. It's lovely.

Condos and landscaping are well kept. Overall a quiet and safe place with lots of activity in walking distance. Only wish I could smoke a cigar on the patio/lanai.
