Location, the cleanliness, the amenities like the binoculars, chairs, surfboards, towels, etc. Someone kept smoking cigarettes on their balcony, which we ended up smelling the entire trip. (Not this property owner’s fault) The pots and pans are in desperate need of an upgrade. Also every lady needs a full length mirror! That was the only thing missing.

I love this property! This is my second time staying there. I will definitely be back for a third time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful and very clean unit to stay in. Everything that is needed for a homey and comfortable stay is there. Loved having the in-fridge water dispenser and ice maker although the tap water is fine. Having plenty of laundry detergent, dish and hand soap along with bathroom toiletries for a 2 week stay was very convenient. Will be the top of my list for our next stay to Kona. And the staff at Kona Coast Vacations are great also.

Aloha, We have stayed at the Sea Village approximately 17 times, in 4 different units! This was by far the nicest, most tastefully decorated and well equipped of them all. All the dishes, pots & pans, and appliances were top of the line! It was very clean and comfortable and had the best view! We were greeted on our arrival by two whales that breached right out front! We also watching the spinner dolphins almost every morning! We had a very fun and relaxing time in this beautiful condo! We hope we can stay here again!
