Beautiful accommodations and location.. right on the water... Unit was exceptionally clean and everything in working order.. Need to keep crumbs off the kitchen counter and most everywhere.. had the sugar ants visitors but nothing major..

Great view and beach nearby. No A/C so warm during the day but cooler at night. Everything we needed to cook and do laundry. Nice attention to detail - shows they really care about guests and their comfort. Close to shopping and some restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at 4203, Surf and Racquet club property maintained by Kona Coast Vacations - highly recommend this property - great location , awesome views, very clean 2 bedroom condo, fully loaded kitchen with everything you can think of. Nothing can beat lounging in the huge lanai and waking up to the sound of the waves - the property is oceanfront and you can see kayakers, boats and dolphins from the balcony. The property is very clean and they have thought of every single detail - there are beach chairs abs beach towels that we can take when we go to the beautiful local beaches. (They even have a pair of binoculars ). The kitchen has everything from rice cooker to plenty of plates, bowls, pots and pans and cutlery - on rainy days we cooked and had dinner overlooking the ocean. Clean bathrooms with good water pressure. The complex is beautiful with well manicured landscape and close to many beaches and shopping center. Excellent communication with KCV folks especially Elona. Highly highly recommend this property.

Hubby and I stayed for 2 weeks. The condo is fabulous...everything you need for cooking and beach trips. The view is spectacular... Grocery store and a few good restaurants close and an ez drive to town. Great stay!

This lovely condo is a joy to inhabit. It is in perfect working order, clean, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. And best of all the ocean view and fragrance from the lanai is soothing and rejuvenating for the soul!

We loved our days at the condo! Highly recommended. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more time!
