Great place. Quiet, clean, stocked kitchen and beach amenities. Would return.

I booked this place for part of my husband’s family to stay nearby, and they said it was lovely and they were happy there. I didn’t actually see the place, but also didn’t hear any complaints.

Ładne łazienki i wystrój obiektu. - Zużyte, wygięte patelnie słabej jakości , nie domyty piekarnik - Stół i krzesła na tarasie brudne - Brak mapy np. papierowej: gdzie basen, gdzie najbliższa plaża, centra handlowe - Nie uprzedzili ze jest włączony alarm dymowy. Pieczenie ryby włączyło alarm. Straszne wycie / brak instrukcji co robić - W instrukcji korzystania z apartamentu dużo restrykcji - hałaśliwe urządzenia przy budynku włączające się automatycznie ( pompy?, klimatyzacja?)

We had a wonderful stay in the Waikoloa Colony Villas 2306! We would certainly recommend this complex and this unit for ourselves to return or for friends visiting Hawaii. The two bedroom condo was clean, spacious and well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds. The indoor furnishings, including beds, were comfortable and very functional for the space. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with many dishes, pots/ pans, glassware, utensils, and all necessary appliances. The provision of initial supplies (such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap/shampoo, and other basics) was helpful. The outdoor patio table & chairs were perfect for our nightly dinners. We also used the beach chairs and mats provided for guest use. The large complex is serene and quiet, with friendly residents and guests. The hard-working grounds staff do an awesome job of ensuring the tropical landscaping is pristine! Both of the large pools, with hot tub, and the barbecues were near our unit and we used them daily. This amenity was a highlight for us, though I recommend a few umbrellas at the pool for those of us who need some shade. The location was a bit further from the shops and the Hilton than where I stayed in Waikoloa previously, but there are many walkable paths and access to the Queen & King Shops from here was still easy. We loved Lava Lava Beach Club & other restaurants being nearby. Kona Coast Vacations communicated clearly regarding payment, arrival and departure procedures, and directions; the availability of David’s concierge service about activities/tours on island was a nice perk. When we encountered difficulty with using the TV/DVD systems, assistance was sent the next day. Thank you for the quick response! In all, we had a delightful stay and were sad to leave the Waikoloa Villa, which felt like a second home in less than 3 weeks! We would definitely book with Kona Coast in future trips to the Big Island and I have recommended this location to a few friends in Calgary.
