Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. My husband loved the mattress in the downstairs master bedroom. He wants to know what it is so we can get one for our home, lol. The view is amazing. We loved our kick back mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the tranquility of the ocean view and the golfers. The pools were lovely as well. The only negative was the itty bitty teeny tiny little bugs/ants that were crawling on the pots and pans in the cabinet/drawer. They were so small. If you weren't paying attention, you may not even see them. That's how small they were. We had never seen such small ant-like bugs. But it's Hawaii where you expect to come across bugs and geckos, lol. We just washed the pans before using and went on with our day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and will! We truly loved it!

Had a great stay; everything as advertised and more. Great views of the ocean and sunsets, close to things to do. Would highly recommend staying here.

The Country Club Villas 318 was a great choice for our stay in Kona. It had everything you could ask for, ammentities, ocean views and in close proximity to things we wanted to do during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Country Club Villas 318 was amazing! The place was spacious, clean and more well stocked then you can imagine. We were able to cook meals easily. There were plenty of supplies for the beach along with beach towels. The lanai has wonderful views, can seat 6 at the table and 2 on the side, and offers gorgeous views of the sunset. It is situated right near a mall for groceries, coffee or restaurants, including a Saturday market. I highly recommend this condo, and Kona Coast vacations. I would definitely book here again.

This condo was clean, spacious, and close to things, while still being away from the noise. We would gladly rent this unit again!!
