Beautiful place with all the amenities needed & spectacular views. Just unfortunate that we could not have at least lunch gathering due to occupancy limitations.

The home and property (pool, spa, lanai, etc) were amazing! Sunsets on the lanai were spectacular. Very comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, and extras. The separate building for 3 of the 4 bedrooms was a little more awkward than we expected, but the teens enjoyed their privacy. The location was very quiet but fairly convenient - 12 minutes to Kona restaurants & shops. Excellent beaches nearby. We loved our time on Hawaii & this home was relaxing and exceeded our expectations!

We booked Keauhou Estates Hale Ohana lea 11 for our family vacation and couldn’t be happier. My husband, myself, my daughter and son-in-law, and three grandkids aged 11, 12, and 16. The home is stunning and laid out in such a way that we all had our privacy when needed as well as beautiful areas to spend time together. The master sweet is incredible and located in the main house with a large living room (that we never used 🤣) and a massive wonderfully stocked kitchen. We had access to the pool and multi-deck seating areas from either or master or the living area that opened fully to the outdoor area. We used the grill several times and the pool was even better than the pictures. We spent every morning with coffee overlooking the pool and the coastline - watching the fishing boats. Every evening we were in the same spot watching sunsets - each more beautiful than the last. The 3 other bedrooms were perfect. The second master (off courtyard upstairs) has its own locked entry with an amazing balcony and view. The third and fourth bedrooms (also are off the courtyard downstairs and with their own locking doors, with a jack and Jill bath) was perfection for our grandkids. I could easily see 4 couples sharing this home, although they would have to “rock, paper, scissors” to see how the bedrooms would be assigned, lol. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the best we’ve ever had away from home, the pillows wonderful and plenty of nice linens and towels. We spent most days out playing in the area….Magic Sands beach (boogie boarding and water play) and Kahaluu for snorkeling were only 5 minutes away. Hapuna, Waimea and other big sandy beaches were a little more drive (40 minutes) but worth it a few times. We had a beautiful sail/snorkel day with Sea Paradise, which left Keauhou Bay on the Hoku Nui - just 5 minutes from the house! Small shopping center is also less than 5 minutes away for groceries. Costco, Walmart, lots of dining options are only 15 minutes away in Kona. While not directly in the beach, this home is in a beautiful quiet location, away from the crowds, with amazing views and easy access to everything. Hope to return again, highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Big island.

This property exceeded my expectations, which were high! The property was perfectly configured for our family of 8. Everyone had their own space which was very nice. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen in a rental home. And the views are even better than the pictures on your site. The pool and spa were a big hit with everyone but especially the grandsons. Overall could not have been a better rental for our needs. We will definitely consider Kona Coast Vacations for future rentals.

We loved our stay at this house. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The property has a unique design where the 3 families could each have privacy with their own room and bathroom. The view from the back porch was breathtaking for every sunrise and sunset. The only downside was that the pool wasn't heated (as are most pools in Hawai'i) so the pool was pretty chilly and we didn't swim at all. Other than that we had a great experience and will likely book again if we go back!

Everything went absolutely as planned! We were in the absolute perfect location for anything and everything we as a family would want to experience. From the amazing pool, cleanliness of the rooms, layout of the house, location, comfort and overall warmth and love of this property. We were all able to be happy and entertained, even from my 8yr old all the way up to my 60yr old mother and her husband. Nothing even compares! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.
