We stayed for a week and had a very good experience. The unit was well-prepared, clean and with plenty of amenities. Fast WIFI, strong water pressure, fully functional kitchen with newer appliances, and a fantastic view. The area was very peaceful as well, and conveniently just a few minutes away from a shopping center. Please know that if you have more than 1 vehicle it may be a little difficult to get a good parking spot as spaces are mostly reserved. Kona Coast Vacations provided clear instructions and communication. Would stay here again when visiting the Big Island, and I highly recommend this unit 303. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 303! Incredible views from the lanai and lovely sunsets. The building was nice and quiet, the grounds beautifully taken care of. The pool areas were very clean and so nice to have a choice of three, we usually had it to ourselves in the evening after supper! The unit itself was also very clean and well kept. We have never stayed in such a well equipped condo! It had everything we could have possibly needed, from beach equipment to kitchen appliances/utensils. The bonus loft with bathroom was fantastic traveling with our adult daughters, everyone having their own space! There was plenty of supplies for our family of four for our week stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Country Club Villas 303! The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Our bedrooms suited us all well and the beds themselves were very comfortable. We appreciated the amazing views from the loft and the lanai all week. Our group spent plenty of time at a couple of the pools and the hot tubs as well as the pickle ball (tennis) courts. There were pool and beach toys provided along with the promised beach towels that made our lives simpler.

This Condo is nice, on the golf course and has A/C. I also like that it had a grill. The location is close to the shopping center and is located off of Alili Drive.

I love staying at this location. The property was perfect, amenities were great too. We loved it!
