House was incredible & everything was as advertised!

We stayed at Hale Kai Olu in Kona Bay Estates and we loved the house, the location (close to stores and the highway), the pool and hot tub, and the nearby beach. We had to have our passes to get into the neighborhood redone because the first set didn't work. We had fast, efficient customer service to remedy this. We used all the bedrooms and the bed next to the living room without complaint. The kitchen is well-supplied and the gift basket was appreciated. The hot tub was heated twice a day and flowed into the pool, heating it, which suited us well. The pool is deep. If you have littles, or if you want to hang out in the pool all day, you will need some water wings for the littles and floaties for the adults. After walking along the pathway along the beach, we believe that this house had the best pool set-up for families. Be aware of the spaces between the driveway flat lava pavers! The grass between the pavers is growing from the level of the bottom of the stones, and the space is deep. Although beautiful, the whole driveway is a tripping hazard for the unaware. We all had such a great time in this house that the 2 four-year olds just wanted to stay and live here forever, and were disappointed returning home to the snow. This was the perfect house for the 9 of us.
