An excellent unit. Very child friendly; very clean; organized and well stocked. If you’re planning on staying in this unit; instead of spending your money for supplies; save your money on food instead because it is well stocked with supplies; from coffee; laundry detergent; sunblocks; first aid meds; children’s books and games etc etc. My most fav part is its close to everything. We’re hoping to stay in the very same unit again next year. I highly recommend it.

The view from the lanai is over the golf course and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every night. As many will say, this is one of the best well stocked homes I have ever stayed at. This home has everything you could want in the kitchen in terms of appliances, cooking utensils, ziplocks, tupperware, mixing bowls, utensils, bakeware, etc. We snagged some extra shoyu packets for one meal to prep back at home. The rooms are kept well and there's an abundant supply of sunscreen, lotions, and more. All we had to buy was 1 roll of paper towel. The loft has its own full bath and was great for the teenage boys who wanted their space. AC worked well, showers were great, couch was comfy. Lanai has boogie boards, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas. Other than groceries, shop for your stay AFTER you check in. Great great place! TO NOTE: It is a little dark in the main dining/living room area. Dinners were a little more romantic than we needed them to be! We did leave a note in the guestbook about this, we think track lighting would be a great addition. The broom provided in the home has very stiff bristles, we recommend that you vacuum up the sand you bring in. A softer bristle broom or Swiffer would be a great addition. This place is on the top floor. From the parking spot, you will need to go up two short flights of stairs. This was OK for us but if you have an elderly guest or someone who finds stairs difficult, please be aware.

It is a beautiful condo stocked with everything for a Hawaii vacation. The location is close to Kona with lots of restaurants. But the condo has a full kitchen for cooking meals if you just want to stay in and watch the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

This property is absolutely wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. Huge container with pool and ocean toys/supplies. Beds and couches were very comfortable. The pools and hot tubs are well kept.

We have been coming to Country Club Villas for the last 10 years (via VRBO, Kona Coast and other contacts and agencies)---this was the nicest, best equipped, most welcoming condo we have ever stayed at! We have always enjoyed the views from the CCV lanais, particularly the sunsets; the convenient location to shopping, snorkeling, golf and restaurants. This year, we were really appreciative of all the amenities of 315: the redecorating was exquisite; the new stairs to the loft makes access to loft so much safer; beach and pool toys and chairs were abundant and convenient; the smart TV; the AC; the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with quality cookware, cutlery, cleaning supplies and starter coffee! Well done! Access to a printer, complete with paper and toner (I have had to buy these in the past), was thoughtful. We arrived late at night and we must say that the condo appeared so welcoming at that late hour (after 24 hours on planes), it set a good tone for the beginning of our stay.

Great company to deal with. Highly recommend. Their sevice is second to none.
