We have been Big Island visitors for more than 10 years and since we've discovered Kona Coast Vacations we've not booked through anyone else for our past seven stays. Fantastic communication on details, check-ins, any nearby maintenance work, etc. You're all so easy to communicate with and I receive responses to email messages virtually immediately. Regarding the savings, my wife will look at ALL options for all the best condos/properties and run all the numbers. Every time Kona Coast Vacations comes out consistently with the best values/rates/fees and as long as that is the case, will come back again and again, and book through KCV. Lovely condo perfectly situated looking over the ocean and the pool. Quite hot but fans worked adequately. Towels and linens excellent. I would suggest a new cutting board and a kettle.

We have stayed at Sea Village several times over the last 20 years and it remains one of our favorite spots. It's intimate, perfectly maintained, centrally located and the service response is fast and friendly.

Sea Viilage # 3311 was a pleasant surprise. A clean and well located condo met and exceeded our needs. Easy stroll to town and a nice view of the ocean. Sunsets were spectacular sitting on our little balcony. A great value. Kona Coast Property was very professional and checked on us twice during our stay. I would definitely come back to this beautiful condo
