We loved the house and the service. It is the perfect location for everyone.

We had such a great time staying at this beautiful home. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was ample room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The private beaches and tide pools were an absolute win for the kids. They spent hours searching, wading and fishing out there finding all sorts of fun creatures. We went snorkeling in the lagoon and saw lots of beautiful fish and even sea turtles! When we were not at the beach we were swimming in the salt walter pool or relaxing in the hot tub. The sunsets were beautiful and the sounds of the ocean day and night was relaxing and amazing. The house was beautiful and very clean and well stocked for daily living, the neighborhood seemed safe and it was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. Would defintely recommend and hope to be able to go back and stay here again in the future.

Our stay was fabulous - we were there to celebrate an anniversary and my husband's 82nd birthday. It was amazing!

We had a fantastic vacation. We really appreciated the goody bag upon arrival with the treats, seasonings, honey, and coffee. The house was well appointed. Your cleaning team does a fantastic job. The large covered lanai and proximity to the beach can’t be beat.

This VRBO was fantastic! The house itself was spacious, had a well-equiped kitchen and had the most amazing view. The location was unbeatable! This home is right on the tide pools, which offers great opportunities for exploration and fun. This home also provided easy walking access to Kailua-Kona. The sunset views were also great. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with a next-door neighbor who hurled repeated expletives at my kids, my wife, and myself over the course of several hours. The resident neighbor became irate when we were walking back to the home from town and she passed by us on her motorcycle and felt we were walking on the wrong part of the private street. It's important to note that the VRBO host had no control over this situation, and the house itself was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood security and property management company were incredibly responsive, courteous, and understanding when we contacted them, and they increased patrols for the rest of our stay, which we greatly appreciated. We did not have further issues with the neighbor after that day and we believe security and the property management stepping in made the difference. Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO based on the wonderful property and its amazing location. However, we felt the responsibility for full disclosure to share the issue with the resident neighbor.

Probably one of the most spectacular views on the west Kona coast. You could not be any closer to the water and you can swim there especially at high tide. There home is beautiful and in good condition. There is also a pool and spa if you like. The good people at the office we always quick to respond to any issues. There is also excellent security with a guarded entrance. This is our second stay and we will be back.
